The Killer Wireless AC Wi-Fi network chip provides two 2x2 communication streams and allows the VR One to benefit from a more stable wireless connection thanks to higher bandwidth and 5G frequency. This quality wireless connection also allows the VR One to be connected to a monitor to show what the user sees

Connectivity optimized for VR HDMI, MiniDisplay, and Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type C format) ports support sufficient bandwidth to support 2K resolution per eye and 90 fps when using high-end VR peripherals range. In addition, the VR One has 4 USB 3.0 ports for connecting external peripherals required by certain VR products.

Dragon Center app The Dragon Center app provides six functions that will let you take full control of your system intuitively. These functions are App Portal which gives easy access to all apps at the same time; System Monitor which monitors system performance in real time; LED Wizard that adjusts LED effects; System Tuner which includes several parameters including settings for the virtual reality function or even overclocking; Mobile Center which gives the possibility of monitoring and adjusting the parameters of the system and LEDs from a smartphone and finally Tool & Help which allows you to quickly solve the problems encountered.

A long-lasting experience The MSI VR One has two hot-swappable batteries capable of up to 90 minutes of battery life. If you have spare batteries, you can therefore replace the discharged batteries at the same time as you play and thus benefit from an extended period of use. MSI will offer an additional battery pack and a 4-port charger.

A MOBILE PLATFORM THAT CAN TURN INTO A DESKTOP PC

The VR One is the lightest and most mobile VR backpack. Once the two batteries are removed, it turns into a real gaming desktop PC and can boast of being lighter than some high-end gaming notebooks. Although compact, it is nonetheless powerful and one of the features that best illustrates this power is the support for three 4K @ 60Hz external monitors in surround mode. In terms of connectivity, the VR One offers an HDMI port, a Mini DisplayPort port, a Thunderbolt™ 3 port (which provides 40 Gb/s data transfers and multi-screen display) and 4 USB 3.0 ports. The HDMI port ensures a frame rate of 90 fps and therefore excellent visual quality. The VR One also has an additional power port designed for the HTC Vive headset and audio input and output.
