Fanless architecture and new batteries!
The new MacBook is the first fanless Mac notebook . The Intel Core M processor only needs 5 watts of power and therefore produces less heat! The motherboard sits on top of an anisotropic graphite layer that helps conduct what little heat is generated to the sides, while your Mac stays quiet.
To obtain a significant autonomy, it was necessary to exploit the least square millimeter of space available in the case of the new MacBook and to give up the traditional rectangular batteries! Apple has thus used a battery of a new type: staged and adapted to the specific contours of the case. Its capacity is 35% greater than that of existing batteries! Thanks to this, you have all the autonomy you need!
