All our products are guaranteed for 1 year unless another period is indicated on the product sheet. .

By purchasing your products from Newtechno, you benefit from a 1-year free warranty that you can extend for an additional period.

It is up to you to choose this additional duration, we offer several options.


By choosing the Newtechno warranty extension, you benefit from all the following advantages:
-You have priority treatment, we do everything we can to solve your problem as soon as possible.
- Telephone Technical Assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on 07 68 66 79 57.
- If you are in Paris, we send a repairman to solve your problem. If you are in the provinces, you send the product back to us and we find a solution for you as soon as possible. (In the future, we will develop in the provinces so that you receive a treatment similar to that of Parisians).
- If you ordered an iPhone or other product and it breaks down, we send you an iPhone or another product of the same generation, the time to solve your problem.
Once the problem is solved, we send you back your working product and you send us back the product we lent you.
