Although Gurman talks about a "modernized design" for the 2024 iPad Pro, he hasn't given any further details on the upcoming changes yet. It is also possible that the "dry etching" production technique will be used for a thinner OLED panel, which could lead to a reduction in the size of the chassis and the weight of the iPad Pro. There is also talk that Apple does not intend to use Oled technology on its iPad Pro for long, and that it is seeking to integrate MicroLED screens on its Apple Watch Ultra from 2024.
